Diamond Rubbing Pads are durable, high-performance finishing tools designed for shaping, smoothing, and polishing the edges of tile and stone. Made with electroplated diamond abrasive on a lightweight foam block, they offer excellent durability while remaining comfortable and easy to handle.
Perfect for porcelain, ceramic, glass, and natural stone, these pads are ideal for detailed work where machines cannot reach — such as corners, cut-outs, and tight areas. Available in three grit levels, they can be used individually or as part of a complete edge-finishing system:
- G60 Rough – Fast shaping
- G120 Fine – Smoothing and refining
- G200 Ultra Fine – Polishing to a professional finish
Suitable for both dry and wet use (wet recommended to reduce dust and extend pad life), these pads are essential for achieving smooth, safe, and visually perfect tile edges.

Instructions for Use
- Select the appropriate grit level (G60 for shaping, G120 for smoothing, G200 for polishing).
- Hold the pad comfortably with the foam side in your palm.
- Apply the diamond face to the tile or stone edge at a slight angle.
- Rub in consistent strokes until the desired finish is achieved.
- For best results, progress through the grits from coarse to fine.
- Pads may be used dry, but wet use produces a smoother finish and extends pad life.
